Nioxin Scalp Therapy Conditioner System 3 1000ml

I love Influenster and love getting voxboxes… they’re all amazing, but this one is hands down the best ever. I always hesitate to check that I’m willing to try new hair products on the surveys because I only wash my hair once a week. I just turned 39 and my hair started noticeably thinning about 10 years ish ago. I’m getting more self-conscious about it, but it is what it is. I’ve tried every expensive volumizing product on the market and I found a few decent ones, but nothing magical. I looked at trying this product but there are mixed reviews and I figured it would be just like everything else I had tried… I was so wrong. I’ve only been using it for about a month so I can’t speak to long-term results, or to new growth, but I can definitely say that there is almost no hair in the shower or on the floor! I am especially hesitant about using conditioner because I don’t want my hair to get greasy. Are use this one from my roots to the ends and my hair stays clean longer than ever before! Win!

I love this hair system!!! I loved the smell. It has a very refreshing minty smell. Some people don't like the mint in hair products but personally I love it! It felt very cooling on my scalp. The conditioner is a little thinner than what I was personally used to but it works well. Overall I think it made a difference in my hair. I will say that it says color safe but my hair color bleed some but I have red hair so that always bleeds. Overall I love this product!

I am following up on this review after using the whole treatment system, so starting after the shampoo. I really enjoyed the lightweight feel of this condition, I do have curly hair and felt it didn’t do a great job with coverage or detangling.. After reading the directions it didn’t really explain that it was suppose to having a cooling effect, so I was very surprised on the feeling of the coolness from the conditioner. In my opinion I felt like the conditioner was more overpowering with the smell versus the shampoo (after applying and leaving it sit) and the sensation got to be a little much for me. it. I did use a lot more of the conditioner because I have curly hair and needed more coverage so I am not sure if that made the feeling more intense. I have fine, wavy 2b hair and typically follow a modified curly girl routine (generally avoiding sulfates, silicones, and alcohols). I used this shampoo for approximately 1.5 weeks to see how well it got along with my hair but it certainly hasn’t been long enough for me to observe any lasting thickening effects. I found this conditioner to be very lightweight. It is not as hydrating as compared to the products I usually use. I find that my hair requires more moisturizing properties in order to retain its wave pattern so this did not work out for me. In hindsight, my hair has never been fuller and longer than after those 12-14 months using Nioxin system non-stop. I ran out of it, didn’t repurchased, and now in 2022 my hair is back to what it was before Nioxin. Yes, the product works, but you need 1) patience and discipline and 2) use ONLY the Nioxin shampoo, don’t intercalate it with your other favorite products, it’s not gonna work if you’re not consistent., 3) this is a SCALP conditioner, it’s supposed to be used both on roots and ends. But I feel that I need a hydrating mask on the ends, in addition to the conditioner, and it didn’t compromise the results. If you think you can deal with this 3 points, go ahead and give it a try, it worked really well for me.

I haven't been using nioxin for very long. I'm going to be continuing to use it. It smella amazing and has a slight tingle but I love it. After shampooing my hair feels stripped, but after the conditioner it feels really good. So far my hair does look fuller and thicker, which is fantastic because it's one of my biggest noticeable flaw I see in myself. Thin hair in women runs in my family and I've tried several things to try and help it be better. This system really seems to be helping. If you have thin hair give it's shot. I will be doing an updated review after I finish the bottles.

I applied the therapy conditioner to my scalp and hair. The product is minty, and like the shampoo it leaves the scalp with a tingle. After blow drying, my hair is very light and bouncy. I color my hair every eight weeks, so I am especially a fan as this product is color safe. With age and over processing, my hair has thinned. With that said, I felt I was the perfect candidate to test this product. My hair now has visible volume and with time and continued use, it should become much thicker as well. Love this stuff and never changing it again

So, I was using this for a long time before I tried Olaplex (BIG MISTAKE) and I was happy with my progress and how my hair was getting better. Then I made the big mistake of trying the other line because the hair stylist at Ulta used it on my hair. But all I really needed was a good cut and color, which I now have from a different salon. I am back to using this stuff and never going to try anything else again! This is literally the only shampoo and conditioner that goes through my hair smoothly when I wash it and doesn't leave my hair a tangle mess when I get out of the shower. It also gives just enough body without looking like I teased it. I do love Ulta though for all my hair products and will continue to buy from here.

I been using the nioxin range for many years now alternating between system 1 and 3. After having my child, my once thick and extremely long hair started to thin out dramatically. While my hair has never returned to it's thickness and volume of my younger years I do feel it has helped further hair loss. I still have a lot of breakage but without using the nioxin I believe there would be a lot more. I only felt the tingling sensation the first few times I used it but it wasn't painfull nor did it feel like a burning sensation. It has a minty smell which isnt unpleasant and smells clean and fresh but I would prefer a fruity/floral smell some of the treatments in the range offer.
