The Wella system kit 5 is really suitable for my family's hair type. My hair before giving birth was very thick and straight. After giving birth to 2 children, my flowing hair no longer had the vitality it once had. It quickly became sticky and lost a lot of hair. As a result, I did not dare to comb my hair many times because every time I combed my hair, my hair which is weak and easily broken, falls out even more. Choosing the right products to improve your hair for better results is essential. I hope more good products like Wella system kit 5 are brought to the market with more options for many different scalp types.

Aging hair no more

My hair was falling out and getting thin, I started using Nioxin the improvement was obvious within 2 weeks of using. My scalp also improved and my dry skin went away. Have now ordered the bigger bottles. Would highly recommend especially to women who are going through menopause.

Great Product!

I was looking for a solution to an itchy scalp and thinning hair. This is it! The very first time I used these products, I noticed a significant difference. The itch is almost gone, and my hair feels more healthy and stronger than it has in a very long time with a shine, volume, and bounce! Shedding is almost gone too! The best is that I can use this system in conjunction with the products I'm already using. Also, these products are concentrated and Walmart had the best price around. I bought 2 sets. Don't throw out your hair products. Just add this!

I love this hair care set!! It has left my hair soft , clean , and dandruff is gone! It smells like peppermint and gives you that nice tingly feeling, and the conditioner is also peppermint and leaves your hair silky smooth and shiny! I've been using the set every other day, and the shampoo I can use once a week if I like( since the weather is dry and cold here) I don't get much build up on my scalp, but I do use the leave in spray and condinsner every other day! I love how the ingrendents are mosty from plant extracts and oils. I was kind of nervous from using them bc of how they were packaged . they looked outdated and not safe for my hair, but after reading the ingrendents I was excited to give this hair kit a shot since I've been searching for a good cleanser shampoo besides head and shoulders. I will defently buy the cleanser shampoo and the leave in spray since it also works as a de tangler! I will buy these along with another natural shampoo that is easier on the hair than a cleaner shampoo that way I can use the cleaner on when needed or once a week. So far it hasn't made my hair fall out or bother my scalp or cause my hair to be too oily or dry and since its winter the peppermint is not to strong but it does remind me if Christmas since the smell and tingly( nice) feeling.if I had to pick one I would always have no matter what , it would have to be the cleansing shampoo, it transformed my hair the most and the most dramatic way since I know my hair and scalped needed a deep cleanse and in a healthy way, I say this because I have been using in head and shoulders which gave that cleaning feeling but my dandruff would always be there, and I realize you have to read the ingredients and make sure you don't have a bad reaction to any on the list , since I have a very sensitive scalp from coloring over all the years my scalp has died and came back to life! I usely use a plant based conditioner with the nixion cleanser kit shampoo .

Love Nioxin, hate the smell

I recently reordered Nioxin after not having used it for several years. I remember really loving it and definitely felt like my hair was thicker, stronger, and more lustrous. After receiving and using it a few times, I remembered why I stopped. The fragrance (while it isn’t BAD) has a strong minty smell that lingers on my hair for days. For some people that may be a good thing, but I prefer something more floral and feminine scenting in my hair. I’ve woken up in the middle of the night thinking “why is my husband brushing his teeth at this hour?!” just to remember that the scent is coming from my own hair. Don’t get me wrong, Nioxin is Effective and an excellent product for restoring your hair’s fullness. Made my hair worse

This is the worst hair product I’ve ever used and I would not recommend to anyone especially those who are experiencing hair loss. It dried my hair out so badly that it dreaded. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. It was so bad that I had to cut all of my hair. DO NOT BUY. There are way better products on the market.

It breaks the curl pattern BAD and by 2nd day it looks and feels as though I hadnt washed my hair in a month or more. I usually wash my hair once a week, but that was not possible with this series 5. I gave it a chance and have used about a half a bottle of the shampoo and conditioner and the results are the same every time. Awful looking and feeling hair as if I didnt rinse enough or rinsed too much. I dont ever use this word, but I looked RATCHET. Same light tingle, doesnt seem to weigh my hair down. I do have to wash it more often, but that's expected with a leave in oil.

Really works.. but many things to consider

I'm 22 and as you can see in the first pic I started losing a lot of hair. I began noticing this this when I stopped taking birth control after 6 years of taking it. I don't write reviews often, but these before and after pics are so drastic that I felt like I should give credit where it is due. These two pics were taken about a month apart. PROS- it works, and it started working quick! I've always had baby hairs, but in the past, they seemed to stay the same length and haven't grown since I was like 14 years old. With Nioxin, the hairs were growing so long I looked like I had bangs. CONS- first time I used this I broke out in hives. Burned my back, my arms were bright red. It's really strong stuff. I only washed my hair with nioxin 3 times a week and my hair was still breaking really bad and began looking very damaged. Ultimately, this is why I had to stop using it. Also, after I stopped using it I stopped seeing improvements. I think in most cases, hair loss is something that a specialist must look at to determine what the real cause is from. I have recently got my blood work done for a dermatologist to evaluate so I can find a better long term solution. In conclusion, I think Nioxin is a great start toward hair growth. However, it seems to be a very temporary fix. Especially since the ingredients do not make it sustainable to continue using, since they cause so much hair breakage. This kinda defeats the whole purpose of new hair growing, if the rest of your hair is completely damaged.

Works wonder if thin hair

I’ve been using this shampoo for nearly a year now and I can notice a big difference on my hair. I have noticed less hair fall when I wash & brush my hair & my hair feels soft & easy to manage. It looks thicker & seems to be growing quicker. The shampoo smells really nice, quite minty & hair feels really clean afterwards. Would recommend.

Wow!!

I was alarmed when I started to see my scalp through my hair!!Initially I was skeptical when I was told that Nioxin products will stop further hair loss and that my thinning would be less noticeable.I was recommended Nioxin System 5 Trio Pack. I’m so happy with the outcome after only 21 days. My hair loss & breakage is much less now and my hair looks fuller. I also love the fresh minty fragrance of the shampoo & conditioner.I wished I knew of Nioxin much sooner!!
