This light is bright, has a lo/hi switch, is rechargeable, has the recharging cord and split rings in the package, and I love it.I think this is the third of these that I've gotten as a premium when buying something at B&H. My wife and I both carry them all the time. The high beam is quite adequate for its size, and the low for finding keyholes and such. It doesn't weigh a thing, and has split rings included. The small ring will fit a Tac Accessories pelican clip well.Only complaint is that riding in your pocket, the on/off button can be triggered. If you catch it soon enough, you'll still have battery to spare. If not, you can recharge it with a USB-b mini plug (included) no problem.

This little item came with a purchase of another item. At first I thought it was going to be just a gimmicky trinket. Was I surprised! One push of the power button and a very dim light came on. Yeah, I thought to myself, it's just a gimmick. But when I double pressed the power button a really bright light came on. Pretty cool little flashlight!

Thanks to B&H for sending a Nitecore Tube V2.0 as a bonus gift with my recent purchase for a Maglite flashlight. Thanks because that probably ended my search for a basic no-frills flashlight in these days of hi-tech light furnaces that spew hair raising LED beams and throw gobs of heat, lots of them even provided by Nitecore.I was trying to find another flashlight equal to my Led Lenser purchased several years ago. It is the only flashlight I have ever owned that still has a working on/off button after several years of use. Obviously other considerations are now more important and they broke the mold on one of the most durable flashlights ever made. I've been looking but can't find another one, but this TUBE V2.0 will light up a dark path and won't blind anyone. Hold the button and it goes into 55 lumens high beam. Push it again to turn it off. It can do other things too, like preventing it to operate to conserve battery. It's the only rechargeable key chain light I have ever seen, and that in itself is simply great. When the button wears out, buying another is an inexpensive investment, and it might even prevent an injury when traversing an area that's too dark to see any hazards.

This little fella was a freebie with my Bino Purchase. You might ask, why would I need a key chain flashlight when I have a cell phone for lighting things up? Well, the Nitecore TUBE LED has a turbo boost illumination button that turns it into a serious flashlight. The amount of light that you get is amazingly intense for its minute size. We are talking KEYCHAIN Flashlight. In fact, it is so small that I have already misplaced it. Its certainly worth the $10 asking price. To avoid lingering remorse, buy it and put it on your keychain the minute it comes out of the package.
I got a couple of these as freebees from B&H with the purchase of other goods. I would never have ordered one, if I had to pay for it. I gave one to my wife and put the other on my key chain. Recently, she needed light to get to he car on a dark street, but did not find my gift helpful. When she told me about her experience, I got mine out of my pocket and tried to turn it on. The battery or bulb was dead. There appears to be no way to recharge this. (Neither instructions nor any accessories came with it.) My total use time from this puny device was probably less than five minutes.Should you need some kind of handy pocket sized lighting device, I would recommend you buy something that produces more light, is rechargeable, and comes with needed accessories. Don't rely on something so undependable as this. (The only thing you are likely to get from this light is a false sense of having something useful, only to be disappointed.)
I got this bundled for free with another product and figured it'd pretty much be a novelty item, but this little thing has impressed me! It's got a bunch of different features including variable/selectable brightness, USB charging (though it's micro USB) and even a lockout mode. It probably does a lot more than any keychain light really should, but all the extras don't get in the way of it being a nice and bright little light, which is all I could really ask.
Flashlight is awesome ! In bright mode 55 lumens. It is more than enough. Got it as a freeo with the purcase of a Aluratek ABCD54F Bluetooth transmitter & receiver. Still 9.99 a good buy. Good security deterrent. Tried to upload photo website won’t allow me. Glitch.
This is my favorite everyday carry. In fact I have it with me 24/7 because I wear one from the chain on my neck so that I can easily navigate my way to the bathroom at night, for possible emergencies, etc. It is flat and compact so I don't even feel it when sleeping and it doesn't show beneath my shirt by day. I always have it with me! Despite its tiny size it will run at a bright enough level to walk outside, to read a book, to walk around the house etc. for 55 hours on a single charge. At the highest level it will run for over an hour and it is very bright at that level, enough to work on a broken item at night, to change a car tire at night, to work on a fuse box. It's very inexpensive and is easily and quickly recharged with a USB micro power adapter, the same ... MoreThis is my favorite everyday carry. It's very inexpensive and is easily and quickly recharged with a USB micro power adapter, the same one I use to charge my phone. I have another on my keychain and others throughout the house and in my car. I give it only 4 stars, however, because of the dozen I have had, I had one that was defective right out of the box. It wouldn't light and when I disassembled it to see why, I found that one of the tiny wires had never been soldered to the circuit board. When I touched the loose wire to the right spot, it lit right up. One of these days I'll try to solder it on myself. Also, another one had its plastic housing break as it was hanging on my necklace and I was asleep in bed. I cannot imagine why it would break then because it was under little or no stress. I have carried one on my keychain for years without any visible damage or wear and nobody was attempting to strangle me with my necklace at the time! I have read in Amazon reviews that reliability is a bit weak. For my money, they would be wise to improve QC (quality control) a bit and raise the price a dollar or two. Fortunately, my Ebay dealer happily and quickly replaced it for free. Despite this issue, this is the best flashlight going for my money and if I could have only one flashlight (I have 20!) this would be it.
GOOD FEATURES:- USB rechargeable (cable not included)- travel lock so you don't accidentally turn the light on- two easy-to-access light intensities (low and high)- light intensity can also be adjusted to varying degrees between low/highCONS:- none yet
this is absolutely one of the best little torches you can have, especially for travel. I got this one free with some binoculars I bought and didn’t think it could be so great, but as I do a lot of outdoors adventure and camping, I was very pleased to learn its 52 hours battery for the low setting!I have a few options for tent lighting, but all are too bright as reading lamps and waste energy when positioned to be dull, while also being brighter than necessary for most tent use. This little thing is just perfect for reading in its lower setting, and for everything else that does not need bright light, while when you DO need brighter light it’s just a click away. this thing now lives on a little carabiner on a belt loop as an every-day carry, always ready if I need ... Morethis is absolutely one of the best little torches you can have, especially for travel. This little thing is just perfect for reading in its lower setting, and for everything else that does not need bright light, while when you DO need brighter light it’s just a click away. this thing now lives on a little carabiner on a belt loop as an every-day carry, always ready if I need to look in a bag, have quick visibility in the dark, and when I camp I just hang it from a loop in my tent when I get in and it’s just so ideal. The bright setting only gives you an hour or so as the battery is actually very low capacity, but most of us who need sustained brightness carry something else for purpose so this just becomes backup/momentary for that, although another great feature is that you can also set the brightness from anywhere between the lowest and highest by another trick of clicks, and battery life will be relative to the brightness.it’s really cool, I now want to have about 50 of these so I will always have a replacement if I lose one. it’s the torch I never knew I needed but has just been wonderful to have in many situations.
