I had really low expectations with this product but after a near months use I wouldn’t choose another moisturiser for the day. So should “Sustainability” mean a far inferior product, that no longer satisfies what the customer wants? I reviewed earlier but still feel incensed with Nivea on this issue.I’ve now just finished my last decent Nivea moisturiser and moved elsewhere. Not many people write reviews and so if for every poor review there are a thousand who don’t communicate their feelings then Nivea have lost nearly 20,000 customers.In Marketing there are the 4 Ps. Promotion, Place (distribution) Price and Product. So, at £9.19 a pop and with such a terrible change of formula, the last two Ps are now a a total failure.Bye Bye.

Changed Product is Poor

Like many others I have been using this product for years. The new formula does not absorb into your skin very quickly, its feels thin and watery. I didn't realise the product had changed and just thought I had purchased a bad tube, but I have 3 now and all the same. I will be looking for an alternative, why change Nivea?I see lots of feedback of the same, does not appear you are taking notice of loyal customers which is a shame.

Product is as described on the box, good for sensitive skin for the face. the cream did not have any smell and rubbed into the face quite nicely. Perfect shaving companion.

I have alternated in the past with different moisturisers, face creams and post shave balms after wet shaving and have to say this sensitive moisturiser from Nivea is great at relieving irritation and burning after shaving (especially after long hair growth).I really felt like I benefitted from the chamomile as the tight feeling and urge to scratch was instantly gone.I will admit that I used this primarily as a shaving accompaniment, but as a moisturiser it works as well as you can expect from a Nivea skincare product.Very easy to apply to the face and neck areas. Did not feel uncomfortable, skin felt healthy afterwards and absorption rate was quick.Will definitely buy again!

The formulation for this has been fundamentally changed. Unfortunately it’s now like putting on cheap high factor sun cream -it goes on like thick white glue and then sits on your skin until it quickly becomes shiny and oily. I’ve been using the previous version of this for years and it was the best moisturiser I’d found at any price. I’ve no problem with a changed formulation to make it more environmentally friendly/sustainable but this isn’t fit for purpose. Unfortunately I tend to buy this in bulk so I’m not only going to have bin this but all the tubes I bought on the same day. There is nothing on any of the packaging warning it’s a different product. Why On Earth Did You Change The Formula???

I cannot begin to understand why you have now changed a very successful formula for the worse!I could feel it immediately that the formula has changed and now my skin feels tight and sticky and very uncomfortable!Why on earth would you change the formula for this sort of terrible outcome!
