Nivea Q10 Power Anti-wrinkle Night Cream 50ml

Nivea just launched their more powerful version recently. Having more creatine, creatinine and Q10 in the formula. Love that it has macadamia oil and shea butter in it too. Scent is classic Nivea, beautiful, fresh but not too strong luckily (less than 0.1 %, last in the ingredients list). Cream is white and rich but not oily or heavy! Somehow light, quite light for my combo to oily skin, but so nourishing. I have big pores and this cream does not clog them up. Every evening I apply quite a layer and in the morning wake up with soft and bouncy skin. After couple of weeks of using the cream, my skin has maintained its hydration and elasticity. This product is my go to. I bought it at the beginning of winter because my face was so dry I was getting flaky patches that looked like a beard. I had Santa-face! It will last me 6 months and I was using it until recently both morning and night, because my face was just living and breathing with the extra moisture. The wrinkle side of things- I feel like I am still mainly in prevention mode- I’m 37 and stay out of the sun, but my eye area is super crêpe like so this definitely has helped with the folds of my upper eye and around where the crows feet are- I don’t apply it directly there but around the ocular bone and it seeps in, and has made the fine lines.... not even close to what they were. The night cream is thick enough that I don't need to slather on tons of it to leave my face soft and moisturized in the morning. It's a little oily but feels good on dry skin. The smell is wonderful, like grapefruit I think, but very light. The pink tint is cute too.

I have been using Nivea since I don't know when. I love this moisturizer, although it has a gentle perfume in it, but I think its really gentle, so I don't mind it much. Somehow, this gentle perfume has taken over my life, it is really satisfying and goes very well along its formula. Now I just think that I am trapped, into buying this formula again and again, and I never want to run out of Nivea, specially in the winters. But, what I really want to ask the Nivea manufacturer is to make this product without perfume, keeping the same formula same consistency. By the way, I am not a fan of Nivea Soft, or other light blue colored lotions from Nivea. Lol Actually, Nivea Crème is the only moisturizer with a distinctive smell that is not found in any other brands around the world. And I think the Nivea perfume is really unique and basically its distinctive feel and unique perfume is almost like a trademark of this brand. I would like to see them make the same formula without perfume though. I don't know why they have not tried making a fragrance free version. I think its that as consumers we ae so used to smells and perfumes, and so many people crave good smelling products and they kind of make us feel good when our lotions and creams smell like strawberries or other smells likewise. But I have heard that smells and perfumes can actually cause bad reactions on your skin and also make our skin allergic to other products in the particular formula, if we use it for a longer period of time. One day you just get up, and the product starts causing an allergic reaction on your skin, and is no longer suitable for your skin. But I have not seen a living example of this, or any proofs, it could be a theory... One more thing, I don't know why, but I have to keep using this cream throughout the day... this formula has something in it that you have to keep using it again and again during the day, or else you end up with dry hands, even drier than before. It is also very addicting in a sense, that I just keep feeling dry on my face, and hands and crave this formula throughout the day. I feel that maybe it is just purposefully made this way. Lol, its like the Chinese food buffets, that are known to have used MSG and other bad things, to make people come back again and again, or like how you get addicted to Lay's BBQ chips containing harmful ingredients like that make you wanna keep eating them... or like the way we are so used to donuts or chocolates or coffee... Maybe the Nivea people want us to buy more and more of this crème and also run out of it too soon, by using it so many times each day... Who knows, but I do mix the Vaseline petroleum jelly into this hard consistency crème because my skin ends up being more dry without it, and I just basically mix them both and use them in conjunction, so the moisturizing lasts longer. Anyways, these are just my thoughts on this cream, and I might have dry hands and skin than others, but works wonders on the texture, tone, and complexion of your skin, and a really nice cream to use in the winter. I would also like them to stop using the glass jar, because this Nivea Glass Jar broke on me more than twice. Otherwise, would definitely be using this all my life. Keep it up Nivea, please never take away this product and only get best from better please...!!

The cream is rich and small amount is enough for face and neck, while it does not absorb easily. A thin greasy layer can be feel after using it, but it is a night cream so it does not matter. After few days of use, I felt that dry areas of my face were well hydrated but T zone and cheeks were too much greasy. I saw little pimples on my cheeks, then I stopped using it on my oily areas of my face. I have found that in the ingredients list there is some irritants like Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol but it does not irritate me because these are in a very small amount\n\nOverall, this cream is OK for me. It is a not pricey but packing can not keep ingredients stable. I can not say that I will recommend it or not, because it depends on personal choices. I do not like jar packing but may be some people find it attractive.\n\n

- [ ] I have been using this for two weeks now and the smell is so amazing and powerful. I love how it feels while applying it to my face. It goes on so smoothly and keeps my face hydrated all night. As of now I am not sure if I can notice an improvement in any fine lines that I have but with continued use I hope I do as this stuff makes me feel so relaxed. I love that I there are antioxidants and vitamin C incorporated into this cream. I do find my face looks brighter which I’m guessing must be from the vitamin C. I would recommend for anyone trying to change up their skincare routine and if they suffer from dry skin.

I was gifted the Nivea Q10 day and night cream product in return for an honest review. So far I’ve only used this product for the past couple days and I have not been loving it. I feel like the products leaves my skin feeling tacky-like it doesn’t actually sink into the skin- and I’m not a fan of the scent. However, it states that after two weeks, one will notice visibly firmer skin. I have not used this product long enough to judge this portion of the product.

I received these product for free from Influenster and Nivea in exchange for my honest review. This cream is really nice. It is highly fragranced. And it is the tradicional Nivea Fragrance. It is thick but not too thick. It feels nice on the skin. The only con is the smell but is goes away. I’ve being using it with my retinol and it worked really well. So I can recommended cause it is hydrating and It is a nice cream

Lovely Nivea scent

I've been blessed with good skin for most of my life, but now at 38, I've realised my skin isn't what it used to be, so I started buying a whole lot of face care products from Nivea and other brands to test them out. I cannot fault this product. It smells amazing and feels good to put on over night. It has definitely contributed to my skin's rejuvenation process. I'm still trying to figure out, though, whether I prefer the Cellular filler range in terms of ingredients (Hyaluron & collagen).

SKIN REWIND

I am like a face cream fanatic and have tried everything under the sun! Years ago I always used Nivea, but then got caught up in the advertisements of OOO and other pricey creams, yet nothing seemed to satisfy my search for a product that would make my skin feel right and also now deal with aging. A commercial on TV got me thinking of Nivea again and so I bought the day cream and the night cream and even after just a week I am seeing more of a plumpness, less wrinkles, and so soft and moisturized. I know long email, but when I find something that works, I get excited! Thank you Nivea....
