Nivea Sun Protect & Moisture SPF50+ Sunscreen Lotion 400ml

Couldn't find the 125 ml version on the app. This sunscreen + moisturizer works great for the sunscreen part. Wouldn't recommend it on people with oily skin, 'cause the moisturizer makes the skin more oily. Whenever I wear this I don't apply any makeup,' 'cause of the oilyness. Other than that, when I wore this alone it accomplished its mission. Smells fantastic. Would recommend it for people with really dry skin. People like me that tend to have more of an oily skin, would recommend alone but never before wearing makeup.

We always use Nivea Sun Trigger Spray SPF 50 here in Australia, but that exact product wasn't available to review. Nonetheless, we trust Nivea Sun. It is easy to apply, absorbs quickly and doesn't have a strong scent. Most importantly, it protects skin from the sun. We can't fault it and the price is right

Horrendous

Do not recommend. We lathered ourselves multiple times today and still got incredibly burnt. My 2 year old is burnt to a crisp. I am mortified at this product. We lathered and waited the recommended time before swimming and reapplied after swimming. Awful sunscreen.

Not a good sunscreen

We were badly burnt even after apply this numerous times in a beach day - wow ! I’m so angry. My child has badly burnt shoulders even though I concentrated on this area when reapplying. Thank god we wore Tahiti’s over the top when not in the water or else could’ve been worse!!. Will NEVER purchase again

Followed instructions and applied as directed and all three of us got horrendously burnt. The day before, we used coles home brand sunscreen under the same conditions and we’re completely fine. Horrible sunscreen. Do not buy.

Whole family burnt do not buy

We bought this sunscreen to take to the beach on Australia Day. We applied to ourselves and our 4 children constantly all day like we usually do to prevent any sunburn. We are all now burnt to a crisp two of our children have blistering and swelling on there face, and are missing out on there first day of school. I feel this product should definitely be recalled.

Worst Sunscreen Ever

My husband and I bought this sunscreen to wear at the beach. We re-applied every 1.5 hours because we were in the water often, and we got absolutely burnt to a crisp. 2nd burns and red raw. Absolutely disgusting product considering we are not the only ones. Couldn’t even imagine what I’d have done if I put it on my son! I would give it a 0 if I could.

love this sunscreen!

we have tried many and this is the best one we have found. we have 2 olive toned people and 2 very white, very burn sensitive people in our family and works for all of us. passed the consumer tests the last few yrs and is compliant with the hawaii reef bill meaning its safer for the ocean. remember to follow the directions and use enough - a teaspoon per limb and face and a couple for torso.

orange skin colouration

Purchased this product from Woolworths. Applied the lotion to arms and legs and started a 1 hour walk. My lady then informed me that my legs were turning orange in colour. To my surprise, so were my arms. Arrived home some 3 hours later and showered. The water in the shower recess quickly turned orange. I have used this product before, simply because of the good brand reputation, and have had no ill effects.Maybe the product composition has undergone a change. Don't know what damage, if any, this event has caused my skin but I won't be using it again through caution.
