I cant rate this product as I haven't used it yet aside from the fact we ordered in preparation for fires in our area and a need to have power and pressure pumps available in the case of an emergency we received the generator 35 days after we purchased. The freight company held the generator for 4 weeks and used the excuse that we they we experiencing delays die to flooding and That they had tried to call me what a croc of sh##$@t eventually I had to organise a drop off point and despite the fact it cost me $1000 in freight to get it to Cobar I could have driven to Sydney and picked it quicker and cheaper will not recommend Edisons nor Hunter Express and Dobles to anyoneVery disappointed

When first got it wires where not connected Fxed that after running a while it started to break down vibrated componants inside loose very annoying in middle of night power goes out due to bad manufactoring
I've found it to be a good unit for general use but it can't be used to power a home due to the RCD if the home also has RCD installed. I have not done it yet but the RCD in the generator has to be disconnected for use as a home back up unit. I have yet to find out if disconnecting the RCD will affect the warranty, if so I'm up there with out a paddle.
Well built in a sturdy silenced frame. Nothing looks cheap just the price. Great value for money.
Rumbling could be due to improper installation but this set is great
Runs perfectly, very quiet , very powerful generator, runs construction site with ease.
