Extremely disappointed with the product and service . The product doesn’t heat up the space as expected and Mydeal sent an email saying they can’t take the product unless it is faulty, how would I know if it faulty? I would only know that it is not heating the space as required.

The product itself works well and does everything we want so far but it is sooooooooo flimsy. Definitely not sturdy and would not recommend it for anywhere it is likely to be subject to even the slightest of rough treatment. The wall supports fell apart just getting it out of the carton and something is rattling inside. I suspect it will have a short life span and I will need to use the warranty.

We bought 4 panel heaters with timers. We had them connected to their own circuits in the house. We watched the you tube video on how to set the timer which was easy. They are really effective. I'm really pleased with our purchase. They look great because they're slimline and don't have any ugly grills in them. I would definitely recommend.
Very happy with this purchase. We have this located in a long hallway and there's always 1-2 open doors into adjoining bedrooms. This heater warms this area up nicely and you never notice it's on given it's whisper quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one in the future
Replaced an ageing 1500 Nobo with this 2400. Excellent product, switching and controls have significantly improved and the 2400 is super effective in our space. I flirted with cheaper options for a moment, pleased I opted for another Nobo. Appliances Online service and delivery excellent as usual.
Be careful. Suitable for small rooms only. I purchased the largest size after researching and the unit does not heat the room effectively. Castors not very good either. Not stable enough.
I haven't had the Nobo panels installed yet, they are still in the boxes. There isn't a rush given the temperature just now anyway. However, I probably bought the wrong ones as most of my walls are curved and it is not going to be easy to place them on those walls. I should have bought smaller panels!
Nice quality, feels very sturdy. We have it on the wheels and it is really easy to move around. Heats up nice and fast and it very quiet.
Replaced our gas heater with this electric panel heater. Room is much drier and it has a nice warmth for an awkward shape, Vic era lounge room. This model is quitelong, check the dimensions before you buy!
