A little fiddly to use so read the instructions first, but I was trying to charge 12V lead acid and LiPo batteries as well as 6V batteries so a few buttons to press. That said it works very well. Managed to revive 3 batteries from nearly dead. You may have to use the Force mode 2-3 times to slowly bring the battery to life. It seems there is a timeout after a couple of hours and it will give up and flag the battery as faulty. Just try a couple more times.

Very important tool when you need your car's battery to be at optimum charge level while your EPB is in service mode. I've used this to device to my Tiguan 2011 replacing my brake rotors and pads. If you are planning to go overseas hook this to your car's battery and it will keep your battery charged at optimum level.

Probably the best charger money can buy, I bought this a while back to charge a lithium battery I use to go camping as not many units offer lithium charging. This morning I woke up to a flat car battery and despite putting it on charge within minutes it would say fully charged and the indicator light on the battery would still say flat. I decided to give the repair function a go and 4 hours later state of charge indicator is saying green, battery is fully charged to 12.8v and I can start my car. Might not last long but being able to bring back a dead battery while holding out for some sales on a new one is a winner!!

Not sure if the battery was on its way out or the charger caused it to fail but now the battery is completely dead and wont accept a charge.This charger is compact and pretty overpriced for what it does. It only comes with Alligator clips. If you prefer to hardwire a connection to your battery and simply plug it in as needed, you need to buy the additional cable, at a pretty hefty price. The connector on the cable is proprietary so unless you cut it off and fit something more generic, you are stuck with buying the overpriced NOCO accessories.It comes with a simple mounting bracket if you want to mount it on a wall, and it is easily removed from the bracket. I just wanted a reliable, medium priced battery charger. This little unit is a ripper. Just connect the terminals, switch it on and let it do its thing. It analyses the battery then starts charging. It takes a while so is you’re in a hurry you might look for a faster model. The good thing is just leave and it regulates the charge so you don’t have to monitor.
Looking for a car battery charger and this one suited my needs. Searched around for the best price online and found it at BCF.Can't fault the product or BCF - order was fulfiled nice and quickly and shipped to me from a local store, the charger itself works fine to keep my (seldom driven) car topped up.5Amp is sufficient for me but if you really really don't drive your car much or have a bigger battery that needs to be charged faster, would recommend going for 10Amp or more.
Was very impressed by this compact charger/conditioner. I took it with me to PNG as I was worried about flat batteries. Used it to recondition the flat batteries on my Cruiser. This unit surprised me how well it did what it was supposed to. It successfully reconditioned some dead batteries, and was compact enough to take overseas. Highly recommended.
Love it... one of my cars is rarely use and possibly driven once a week or fortnight. I have been wanting to buy the battery charger for it and look for brands available then finally decided to pick this NOCO Genius 5. The size is perfect, compact and easy to store. The LED indicators provide clear, real time feedback, there are many videos in the YouTube to guide about this product. So overall is perfect for me.
Bought to bring a lithium 120Ah battery back from zero and it performed perfectly. Half the cost of other chargers from Jaycar and Supercheap and also half the size.Super easy to use. Took about 9hrs to bring battery back from death, not sure if thats good or bad but it worked for me and I'm happy with that.Only thing lacking would be a fancy little carry case or bag to come with it but nothing a drawer or cheap bunnings case couldn't sort out.
