Bought this having enjoyed using the NOHrD TriaTrainer 3-in-1 Bench. That bench gives some great options for exercise, but nothing that supports the back when upright, so bit my tongue and paid out for this to go with it.I had a bad experience as the one delivered had two screws in the backboard that wouldn't go fully in, so it the back was not fully secure. That was disappointing on a premium 'handmade' product.However, I was still able to test drive it. The mechanism that holds the back in different positions was really clunky, and compared to the TriaTrainer, the bench didn't seem as sturdy to exercise on. It's nearly half the price of this!
