Purchased this as replacement for excellent 2720 (also from Officeworks but died after 15 months so no warranty). It's a dual SIM which I didn't want but didn't think mattered but it adds to screen clutter. Sound is clear and loud enough. Unlike 2720 no FM radio and playing recorded songs not as well organised. Shows received MMS but can't download and can't magnify. Try to select second MMS and the phone reboots. Weak ringer tones and volume control fades down to zero while in your pocket.

Bought it for an 80s friend, big mistake very difficult to navigate for him ,ringing very low . Only thing going for it is small size. Very unhappy.

It works as it should although it has a few issues that ruin the overall experience. The volume button on the side is very easy to accidentally press, randomly putting it on silent mode. The battery life is below average, even when 4G is turned off.

Stay away from this phone if buying for a senior. Far too confusing and buttons in wrong positions. Volume and "go back" buttons can easily be pressed on unknowlingly. Volume button is right under where you hold the phone and it goes down and when texting, a return button is near to delete button and the text disappears and you have to repeat it all over again. There is no draft folder so you can't regain it. I cleared phone memory and the next day it was full again with so few texts! Not for seniors to work out it's quirks. I'm tossing it. (69yrs age)
Do not buy this phone, battery won’t even last 2 hrs and thats even without using the phone.I will be taking it back to JB Hifi and asking for a full refund….
If you're looking for a simple flip phone without any smartphone features then this is a good choice. The operating system isn't trying to be android-lite. If you mostly want just calls and texts then this will do the job well. But if you need smartphone apps and features, then look for something else. The battery lasts reasonably well. And the alarms will work even if you like to turn your phone off at night. For me, this was one of the best phone purchases in many years.
Great size, came in a bundle with a desk top charger. Purchased as a bus phone for the kids so we only have to charge every month.
Great little phone which I purchased for my grandfather. He finds it super easy to navigate and use. Charging cradle is a bonus of not having to plug in the small connection.👍🏼
Phone menu is child like. Works but does not answer calls with flip open action, must press button for answer & end!! ..strange for a flip phone in 2022. ...1960's Star Trek communicator is better than this. Lol.
Harvey Norman delivered quickly and with care. Perfect phone for my Aunt - easy to use, not expensive and with the emergency contact feature.
