E.T. can't phone home
One star for product....five star for customer service. I was really looking forward to using this Nokia phone especially after watching presentation....phone arrived and I was delighted with look, size and colour (green ). I bought a case for phone and was already to enjoy my new Nokia phone..... I set up phone and this is where it all went down hill. I'm not on social media etc. so it was only for browsing, online shopping and calls. Phone kept freezing and shutting down... I stuck with it to see if a software update would resolve this issue....not to be it only got worse ....so I'm returning this phone. On the positive.....shopping with qvc let's me try the product and the ability to return if not satisfied...unfortunately on this occasion its a return.... Good hardware, terrible software.
I purchased this phone 29 Sept from NL. Initially, it seemed decent. Nice aesthetics, Dual sim AND SD card at the same time! It also has an unlocked bootloader (As of 29 December 2023)The hardware itself isn't bad. And the battery life, while it doesn't last 3 full days, is decent. It's the software that really makes this device a PITA. Even with it updated to the latest version, it's an absolute buggy pile. It's sluggish, constantly crashes and has randomly booted multiple times when either using or when idle.It also affects the camera. Slow, and it has difficulty keeping up.Overall, Nokia should have spent time checking compatibility and R&D before releasing this onto the market. Look for alternative brands.... Show more

Irritating background noise
I ordered the FIRST NOKIA phone when it was the TSV. However, whenever I was phoning anyone and using the 'speaker' or hands-free, there was an irritating noise always in the background - heard by me and the person I was phoning. Phone obviously returned. When it was a TSV, all stock was sold out. When the phone returned, a new batch of phones had been received, so I ordered another one - SECOND NOKIA- thought, as a new batch just received, problem would not be there as I thought it was a one-off. How wrong I was. Went through the rigmarole of transferring everything over again to this new phone. Could not believe that that irritating noise is still there on this replacement phone. Another one returned and will definitely not order another.... Show more

Looks great but not great quality.
Bought about six weeks ago. Stylish. Apps close down without warning and screen freezes are really annoying. I had intended on returning the phone, however, the screen smashed through no fault of mine. Have never had a screen smash on a phone ever. I am extremely careful with my phones and didn’t even use the Nokia until I had a front and back cover on the phone. The screen smashed despite this. The only conclusion I can come to is that the screen is of very poor quality. QVC will not accept the phone back. Now stuck with a phone I don’t like which is broken and I still have not completed the payments for.... Show more

Not for Oticon Hearing Aids
This is a great phone, but not if you wear Oticon hearing aids. I am hearing impaired and use two Oticon hearing aids. There is a mobile phone app Oticon Companion which is advertised at compatible with iOS and Android phones. It turns out that is untrue. After several attempts to connect the phone to my hearing aids, I contacted Oticon. Their answer was that the phone is NOT compatible with Oticon hearing aids. If you use Oticon hearing aids, don't buy this phone.... Show more

Review of Nokia C32 Autumn Green
Ease of use: biggest problem in use is that it's too big and too slippery with a kamikarze will to slide out of my pocket unexpectedly, or off any surface that isn't exactly horizontal.I have eyesight problems and the bigger screen is helpful in some ways.I can choose the size of the font and icons for Apps but not for essential features like battery level and WiFi connection. Not much warning of a flat battery. The camera and zooming are good. There's often no way back off the screen that's in use and warning messages don't tell you how to resolve a problem.Design: Dark and slim, slips in between other things.Features: Turning the phone horizontally generates a larger QWERTY keypad, which is useful, but the top row isn't aligned in the standard way so I often ... The input connection is incompatible with all the other chargers in the household, which otherwise look the same, so searching for the correct charger can be tedious.... Show more

Review of Nokia C32 Charcoal
I'm not a phone person. I just need something that's easy to use and reliable to send/receive the odd text here and there, check and send emails, update my Chrome spreadsheets, control my smart home devices, place the odd bet, use as a satnav, pay bills, do all the things that I do on my home computer (there's tons more but it's getting tedious to list them) on a device that I can carry around in my pocket - oh, by the way, I can also use it to make phone calls what will the manufacturers think of next? This Nokia 32 ticks all the boxes for me.Battery life is more than adequate - could be better but we're never happy with battery life are we, no matter what make of phone - if we had a phone that only needed charging once a year we'd still moan after a while.Camera ... So far so good
Needed a new phone, which I hate having to have. Saw this so thought I'd give it a go. Yes, the back is slippery, but I've had no problems ordering a case, and these type of phones really need a case. Usually for me I went for the pink, but it's a soft pink backing and kind of rose gold pink around the edge. Found it easy to set up and I'm useless with these things. Mostly I have to stop things I don't want and can't understand why people want to spend time on them. Did I mention I hate mobile phones? LOL. All I want really is to text, emergency calls, and What'sApp, and I got it set up like my old phone with no problems, though it took a couple of hours but that included getting long updates. I'll see how I go, but as long as it all keeps working, I think I'm ... MoreNeeded a new phone, which I hate having to have. Saw this so thought I'd give it a go.
