I love shin ramen! I love the the texture noodles. It’s very different from Nissin and Maruchan which is a thinner texture. These noodles have a thicker more chewier texture that I prefer and I love to add all kinds of different toppings such as cheese, meats, veggies, green onions, sesame seeds etc. they are more expensive but I will continue to purchase because it’s one of my favorite cheap meals 🤤 #ramenlover

The noodles are chewy, the broth has the right amount of spice. This ramen pairs super well with kimchi, scallions and sliced beef. Nothing beats a hot bowl of spicy goodness 🍜 on chilly drizzling days 🌧 Too bad I’m not allowed to give half a star on this platform, 4.5 is most accurate. I need to make a distinction for my favorite 5 star ramen.

This is my favorite ramen and I will drive hours to find it when the cravings kick in. Some reviewers complain it's a new level of spicy, I don't agree. If you've ever had kimchi, you're fine. There's definitely spicier ramens out there. I can't handle extreme spicy foods (think serrano peppers, etc.) and I'm fine with this level of spice. I feel it, but it's not overwhelming. The flavors blend perfectly with the heat and the noodles (when cooked according to directions) are a perfect al dente. Definitely recommend for anyone that can handle mid-spicy foods.

Great Price! Lowest I’ve found. If you’re into unbelievable spicy noodles, this is it for you …. Maybe you may want to do a spicy noodles challenge with your family or friends? Love this. I used 1/2 the spice package and my nose is running, eyes watering but amazing taste since I love spicy food.

I am NOT a fan of super spicy anything and I am addicted to this ramyun! eating it daily.I don’t use the entire flavor packet otherwise I’d die so I eat this dry; the noodles soak up the base flavor and literally will burn your throat.....and I absolutely love it. There’s so much you can add to this but it’s just as good as-is.Follow the directions for the perfect bowl of ramyun...you won’t be disappointed...especially if you love super spicy foods!Forget the 10 cent packs & splurge. This is Korea’s top selling ramyun for a reason.
Best Ramen EVER!!! This is very spicy so if spicy hot is not for you don't even smell them lol. I have only found one single ramen hotter than this. This has the perfect amount of spice. I highly recommend this for a cold (sickness) or even just to warm yourself up in the cold winter months. I swear it's highly addictive. After first trying my daughter and I couldn't stop talking about them and craving them. Now I buy entire flats at a time. Definitely the world's best ramen! Believe me I've tried probably 40 different kinds. I'm so sick today. Ate one and my sinuses cleared right up and the pain in my throat is magically gone! I cannot recommend it enough!🤩😍🍜🔥🔥🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been eating these since they've debuted over 12 years ago. You get a little packet of dried vegetables, a decent packet of spicy seasoning, and better than your usual serving of noodles. But as all things pre-covid, this 18 pack size only cost about $9 back then. And there's no reason why it should cost any more than that now. Otherwise I'd give it five stars.
I used to eat a less spicy ramen growing up and still do from time to time. The bowl noodles. But this one right here growing up loving spicy foods, this one def. Satisfied my taste buds. I'd highly recommend if you like kimchi flavor and real spicy.
If you use 1 chicken bouillon cube and 1/3 packet of seasoning to start, (till you can tolerate more heat) these will be your favorite, too. I eat this for lunch several times per week. It smells great, and tastes even better. I started sharing with people at work, and sometimes six or ten of us are having the same thing.
This right here? The bomb. Super spicy broth with a sorta indescribable umami/savory flavor, and way high quality noodles (none of that cardboard flavored maruchan or top ramen garbage). I recommend forgoing the dried veggie packet and tossing some fresh vegetables of choice in while cooking instead, though. A sliced boiled egg is also a yummy way to add some protein. My only qualm is it can be a bit oily; but if you cook the noodles and broth in separate saucepans instead of using the noodle water for broth you can cut it significantly. Absolutely my favorite ramen, and to boot, not even all that much more expensive than the cruddy ones!
