I've been using this product for many years. I take it with Nordic Naturals ProOmega2000. The combination of the 2 gives the preferred ratio of 2:1 EPA to DHA recommended by my naturopath. I take one of each-- both with breakfast and dinner. This is a major pillar in my cardiac and anti-inflammatory regime. 120 soft gels is most cost effective sized purchase.

Omega 3/DHA/EPA supplements are a life changer, but there is a risk of heavy metals and sourcing is incredibly important.Peer review studies show DHA/EPA can be as effective at controlling ADHD as meds.I'm taking this in conjunction with ADHD meds, I have been taking it for a week, and although I have noticed an boost in mood/productivity/focus it is hard to pin it directly on this as taking other supplements along side it.I am happy to pay a premium for Nordic Naturals as they are recommended by Dr Rhonda Patrick and source verified. Will continue to take daily.

This is the best quality fish oil I have taken so far. The main ingredient which is EPA has more anti- inflammation effects, the benefits can only be seen after some time but i did see my bad cholesterol levels go down a bit. The lemon taste is pleasant and well accepted
I switched to something else that was supposed to be a very good pain reliever plus fish oil. My next blood work revealed cholesterol numbers were out of sight! Should have known better.
I was prescribed for this by my eye doctor for my dry eyes. It has given me more moisture in my eyes, hence my rating.
My husband and I have taken these fish oil for several years. They were recommended by my chiropractor for joint inflammation. I can tell when I forget to take them the stiffness returns. I have taken other lessor quality fish oil and the old fishy burp comes. I never had that problem with Nordic Naturals. This formulation can be hard to find, but iHerb has them in stock.
