We always buy these Ultimate Omega Fish Oil D3 Softgels since they have just the right amount of Omega and D3 for our needs. We upped our D3 recently to help with our immune function and this supplement has the 1000 IU amount we wanted. I believe that the fish oil has really helped my joints as well.
