Again, the quality and beautiy I have come to expect from Nordic Ware cake pans. Cakes decorate themselves when you use a pan as intricate as this. For washing, I highly recommend soaking for only five minutes, then using a very thin wash cloth to get into all those grooves. Just be patient. It's worth the little bit of extra time to clean and store properly, so that your pan lasts a life time.

This is a great, heavy, bundt pan, and my cake turned out beautifully! Good news/bad news depending on your perspective and needs is that the design on a finished cake looks like 4 evenly spaced, not-even-very-subtle vulvas. Take this as you will.

This is a heavyweight pan, with the quality you expect from Nordic Ware. Cakes turn out beautifully, and do not stick as long as you use Baker's Secret or other non-stick spray that contains flour. Regular Pam does not work on this material. It is a 10-cup pan, which I prefer to the larger bundt 12-cup pans. While a thin glaze works well on this cake, a thicker one hides the beauty of the design. Sprinkling a little powdered sugar looks great on this cake, too. I first saw this cake on the cover of a Martha Stewart "Living" Thanksgiving issue and fell in love with the way it looks--but the cakes bake perfectly, as well. This my second pan--the first was lent out and not returned, and I just can't do without this bundt pan.

Just purchased my Nordicware Bavarian Bundt pan. Heavy cast aluminum and beautifully finished. Releases perfectly using Bakers Joy and maintains fine detail. A step up from the standard traditional Bundt. Be aware that volume 10 cups is smaller than standard Bundt but adequate for most recipes. Just dont overfill. Fine product and good price.
It is a beautiful mold, of excellent quality, of very strong material. It is for mini biscuits, very cute, it is exactly what I was looking for. Im Happy
I love it. I used the recommended spray, Baker?s Joy with flour, followed the recipe included on the product material, and the cake turned our perfectly. It literally dropped tight out, no sticking at all. I dusted the cake with powdered sugar to highlight the lovely pattern. It was a little bit of effort to clean all the ridges, but super hot soapy water and a sponge did the trick. I highly recommend this Bundt pan.

I've always loved the Bavarian print of a bundt cake so I bought this. My first cake done, I wasn't so impressed as all the detail didn't come out in the cake. I'm planning on making another soon and have extra thoughts of getting the batter more in place for the design to really show. With my first cake, my friend loved her cake, found it was more dense (I've used a regular Bundt Pan that was my grandmothers before). I like to sometimes be showy with desserts I make.
I bake a lot, but had never used a "fancy" Nordic Ware pan before. I always thought they would never turn out because of all the little grooves. Then, I took the leap and watched a Nordic Ware u-tube tutorial before using it. I followed the tips for preparing the pan and my cake turned out perfectly! Absolutely beautiful.
