Everything about this machine is wonderful. However scanning the QR code and “it will walk you through the whole setup”is not accurate. Once you scan the code there are not many options to choose from. You also can not reach a person by phone to help you. Honestly I don’t know how we finally got it to work but we did.

Great elliptical with many options. The incline and resistance adjustments allow me to control the intensity and focus of my workouts. Sturdy, stable unit. Well worth the investment! Perfect addition to my home gym.

The software has a pretty significant lag and finding a workout on the machine is difficult- you have to use the app.Otherwise- I love that I can hop on with no shoes because the pedals are padded. The fan is nice and I have no complaints about the hardware at all.I would absolutely recommend.
This is a follow up to a review I left a little while back, I bought this machine about seven month ago and have been going back and forth with Ifit trying to get this repaired, Seven months later, it laying on my floor disassembled. A brand new machine, now I was told the parts that I need is back ordered till November 1st. I ask for a new machine and was told no, because a major part hasn't been replace. Hopefully someone can resolve this
I wanted to buy an exercise machine, not be bombarded with spam emails and phone calls to buy their fitness subscription. Big pain to override the display to work in manual mode. Hugely disappointed.
The hardware itself is fine. It is durable and quiet. After a few hours of use, no signs of any imperfections. However, in order to use anything other than manual workout and a couple free sessions that are hidden in menus and digging, you have to have an ifit membership, which costs $40/ month. You're paying double a Netflix subscriptions for recordings of a gopro and the ability to access basic programs. I won't buy nordictrack products going forward and discourage anyone else from doing so as long as they use such anti consumer practices. The ui is also clunky, with slow dragging and low info on a workout until you start it, outside of "hard","intermediate", or "easy". That doesn't tell me anything. I absolutely love my NordicTrack. I have always felt guilty spending money on myself, and have purchased cheaper ellipticals before, only to be disappointed and not use them. This time I decided to get a gift for me and have not regretted it. The IFIT subscription keeps it fun and motivating, and I get a great workout. It almost amazes me how sore I can be the next day. The free run also has its place in my routine. The machine is quiet, the built in fan a lifesaver, and the touch screen the perfect finish. I recommend this machine to anyone wanting to be more active at home!
It works great but the software really wants you to log in and have an account. I can't seem to find a way to do a quick start without 30 seconds of menus of just start. Also I keep adjusting the base but it won't stop rocking past a certain speed. But it's quiet in use, minus the fan or you adjust the height. But if you adjust the tension, that's doesn't change the sound. The feet peeled are comfortable for long sessions.
