Comfortable to use. I found 20 clicks gave me the right coarseness for espresso, which takes about 1 minute to grind for 16g. Happy with the purchase

I live in NZ. Delivery time was fast. I selected the titanium burrs. The grinder gives plenty of step adjustment for dialing in. I use it for a Picopresso coffee maker when travelling. It makes great even ground coffee. Two small gripes. It creates.a lot of static retention if you do not give a light spray of water on the beans. It squeeks when grinding (from the spritz of water?)
