Great software, unlike a lot of anti virus software this doesn't seem to slow my PC or phone. The VPN is a nice little added bonus but does seem to think my home 2G network
is high risk? Maybe it is and this is doing a great job, who knows? Altogether though can't fault and and a really good price for the first year, let's see what it costs from year 2

I feel the most secure on the internet then I have ever felt! I entered my information and was immediately notified of all the places on the dark web that my information was
found and what exactly was found. I also had them do a privacy search and was able to have my information removed from most of the internet. I set it up to review my
passwords and my device which helps me feel secure. I also set up a VPN for extra security! I definitely recommend this product if you like to feel safe and know what
information of yours is out there for anyone to find!

I have used Norton products for longer than I can remember, amd I am happy to trust the security of my devices with their software.Unfortunately, the 10 license maximum has now got too small, as everyone in my house seems to have 3 or 4 devices to protect. I had to purchase a 10 user license and a single user lice se product, which is a little too expensive. For that reason aline, I am looking at the family license for Bitdefender which protects up to 15 licenses.Norton - is there any way you can increase the number of licenses for your products for a moderate increase in cost?

I stick to Norton out of convenience but the product is getting more frustrating by the year. I renew yearly by key but I’m still constantly pressured by Norton to have my auto renewal on. Norton force you to turn it on every renewal and when I go in to disable it I am pressured to keep it on and keep getting asked am I sure. My credit card expired since last year and I couldn’t update my subscription without my new credit card details. Why not simply accept the key I’ve paid for? The renew process is no longer an easy process and quite time consuming. For a premium edition there are a lot that isn’t included and you are constantly encountering pop ups peddling extras for purchase. It all feels as dishonest as the things we bought this very same product to keep out.

Norton360 does not install. I got a 10 user license to replace an older 5 user license. The Norton uninstall DID NOT fully remove the old version. The new license would not install even after using the full Norton removal tool. This happened on 2 computers and gave up. TOTAL waste of time. I finally got Norton support to remotely do 1 installation on 1 computer and it took them a lot of time to do this. Going through this DIFFICULT installation process simply is not viable for 10 computers. AND THIS product is not returnable so its now a waste of money and its a waste of time for the Norton support people to work with such a poor product when installation is SO difficult. Pro: Convenient to setup and covers multiple devices; good antivirus; nice tools. Not noticed any slowdowns with it running in the background.Con: Norton wants you to enter credit card details to push auto-renewal - that is typically much more expensive than buying a new subscription on sale.Gripe/annoyance: Norton keeps popping up "We did this/or that -- we are so great..." even though it's not too often, but regardless that I may be watching something full-screen and don't need these pop-ups - I had found no way to get rid of those.

I’m not sure if iOS reduced their protective nature to some extent but I’ve recently been experiencing an insane amount of pop ups and potential security threats. On my phone as well as iOS running macs. Installing this has been a life savior to getting a piece of mind for security and in cutting out the constant pop ups. The only downside is that it now blocks a website that I very frequently used to visit to order food from. The website had a very generic password yes, but I wish it gave me an option to bypass its warning as opposed to completely blocking my ability from visiting it in the first place. I have used Norton for the last 10 years. I bought a new program as my previous one was about to expire it’s one year life. Well, installing the new program was very simple, as per the instructions on the box; BUT in reality it was very frustrating & more complicated than expected.After wasting about 45 minutes trying it myself, I eventually had to call the Norton Help Line & allowed the agent to tap into my computer to help install the new program.I recommend the product, but am very disappointed with the installation process.

I have been using Norton security products since 1989 and they never disappoint. Installation is easy, updates are readily available. My only reservation is that yearly renewals are expensive compared to the initial cost on sites like eBay and Amazon. What I do is buy the latest copy on eBay when my subscription is about to expire. That way I always get the latest release and save $150 on renew2al fees. Although I have to re-subscribe to BackUp I bought a competing product that behaves just as well and is once again.....cheaper.
