Turmeric is one of the most commonly recommended all round anti-inflammatories. It may be effective for anything from arthritis to fatigue. NOW Foods provides good value and a generous dose with 665mg in just once cap. Other brands typically providing 500mg. They also guarantee a standardized curcuminoid content of 95% which is reassuring as ordinary turmeric powder only contains around 3%. Personally, I am using this to fight the fatigue associated with Long COVID. Be careful with the capsules as the powder can stain things yellow if you are not careful.

It's a well packaged product as its' ingredient has high quality of curcuminoids which is very important to reduce inflammation of the joints and thus overall improvement in body pain. In capsules form, it's easy to swallow n has no bad after taste. However, the downside is this product is constantly out of stock. Have no choice but to buy the smaller bottle of 60 capsules which is much more expensive 🙄

Look into the benefits of this product especially in today's world. I can't measure how well it works but have read quite a bit about it and its benefits. The amount of Curcumin is important and this has quite a bit.Now brand is great...its family owned not corporation, its very affordable and the quality of ingredients is really good. i really like all of the above!

The quality of this the turmeric is good. I take it for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, curcumin is poorly absorbed. Consuming it with pipeline will help. I wish this formula contains piperine. Have many supplements from NOW Foods but will be looking for alternative regarding turmeric.
