As I have mentioned it previously on all NOW products, I am throughly content with this and all other products. ADAM is essential for me; my diet is poor and one-sided and lacks many, many mineral, vitamins and micronutrients. I can tell immediately if I missed taking this NOW multivitamin. Especially, on my fingernails, hair and face. At my age, caring for myself, this is a must for me. A quality product!There is no need for me to switch from this brand. It is the best price for the money.It has all the potency to do the job and it is easy to swallow. I can tell the effect very soon.For me it is NOW!

These are one of my favorite supplements. I struggle with multivitamins giving me cramps and stomach discomfort but these never give me any problems which is a huge plus for me. The tablets are pretty big but I don’t have issues swallowing large pills. They do make your urine pretty vibrantly colored. The tablets also seem to darken a bit after opening the bottle. I’m not sure if that’s just a normal oxidization process? I’m 42 and I enjoy these. I think they give me a little more energy. I do notice if I miss taking them. I’m more tired and lethargic. Great multi for men!

The tablets are quite large, but you can split them as needed.

Bought these 4 times now and twice some pills has burst open covering all the remaining in oily residue. That was super annoying. But this last batch was fine. Hopefully it was a qc issue that has been fixed. I buy various products from NOW and have for nearly two decades. I expect better from them, so I hope those two times were a a fluke fromma bad batch or something. I like the vitamins the best out of all. Too many you just poop out. Or they are over priced. Or from sketchy companies.

Long, long standing product I’ve been taking for upwards of 20 years. It is painful that Now has limited the availability of this form of this product and seems to have replaced it with a very inferior substitute in the form of a liquid gelcap which, often, leaks out into the bottle and contaminates the entire contents with horrible tasting oil. I will not buy it, so if Now has discontinued the tablet form completely, I will be moving on to something else (after 20 years). That is disgusting. Leave the tablet available.
I work in a warehouse as fork lift driver / order puller. Our summers here in So Cal are pretty brutal, if it's 89f outside it's most likely an additional +15-20f degrees hotter inside our warehouse. Our working enviroment is in the back not by the bay doors so the air is really stale, hot & humid (No fans, AC or any type of air circulation). Its a slow pace enviroment but i'm a fast paced type of guy that Go Go type. I drink about 3-4 liters of water in an 8 hr period, usually by the end of the work day i get a lil woosy from drinking to much water from the high heat. Since I've been using the multiviatimins and drinking the same amount of water I no longer get woozy and I feel way better by the end of the day.
