I took it for a month and what I observed is that my stomach problems are going away (burning pains). After I read another review where some customers recommended taking one capsule at night, I tried this recommendation and I had success. Before going to bed, I took one capsule, and overnight, the medicine had enough time to work in the stomach and in the intestine. For safety, I continue another month. Recomend.

My daughter started taking this for her gastritis and she has hardly had any problems since. It's been about three weeks. It does say to take for 6 to 8 weeks to get the full effects. She hasn't experienced any side effects. I would much rather have her take this than the med prescribed by the doctor. I'm so glad I did my research on this type of supplement.
