Why would I get I3C as one of my daily nutrition supplement? Yes, it is available in cruciferous vegetables but my daily vegetable intake is far less than I need, so I got this I3C as my daily nutrition supplement.Besides, according to WebMD and a report from Oragon State University, this supplement can reduce hormone-dependent cancers and liver damage by chemicals, which I believe is important for every adult who care about health when living in this stressful society.Why did I buy this brand? Because it adds up Flax Seed Lignan Extract. This extract has too many health benefits but what matters to me is that it help absorption of I3C.

I bought it for my wife, we tried DIM before. He didn't come in, the cycle was off. On the contrary, these helped. We almost finished the jar. The super effect was not noticed, but the estrogens settled down a little and it's already good. Our age is quite young, so you can take it for everyone, not just those who are older. And they won't hurt for prevention)) The size is adequate, the composition is good (they are generally considered safer than DIM), the taste is neutral, they are easy to drink, the quality is good. It seems like the benefits are tangible when compared with the same DIM. Good health to all)

A friend recommended DIM to help control acne. This turns into DIM in your stomach. Usually if I don't take accutane or antibiotics on a regular basis acne starts forming deep in my skin, appearing a few months later. However I've been relatively acne free for the past 8 months. I think this supplement might have helped. I'm not sure if it was the capsule or supplement itself, but they had a slightly disagreeable flavor. Not a big problem if you wash the capsules down with a lot of water.
