Could be the jewel among various supplements in my stack. I take it primarily to improve thyroid hormones function, smooth muscle contraction and mood overall.It also allows me to tolerate coffee much better due to direct influence on cAMP.It's probably better to take it in the first part of day otherwise it may interfere with the sleep a little bit. Also better not to forget to take choline to balance as well, because it will make you forget things!It definitely improves mood as well and health overall and makes organism function smoother. Also for some reason removes all cravings for alcohol. Love it!

Inositol is a great supplement for those of us who have problems with insuline resistance, and as such I would give it five stars.In my supplemends I tend to prefer tablets or capsules because supplements in their pure powdered form tend to taste FOUL. Unfortunately I already purchased these capsules before realising that pure inositol powder tastes GREAT.Hence the three stars: five for the inositol, one for the capsules which also contains silion dioxide, stearic acid and rice flour.NOW supplements are always of good quality, though, so I don't diss these capsules, but they also sell inositol in pure powdered form and I would recommend you'd buy that instead of these capsules.
