You may have read that l-citrulline has as a nitric oxide (NO) booster. And nitric oxide dilates small blood vessels and improves circulation. If you also take niacinamide (or niacin which may cause flushing at first), folinic acid and sublingual B12, the NO boost is even better. L-citrulline half-life is around 45 minutes FYI. Good for men AND women in my opinion.
This is not to criticise NOW but I am only talking about NOW products here because it is what I know. L-Citrulline should be more effective (consistently) than NOW L-Arginine but it is not. There is no release of nitric oxide into my blood from this product - I know this by just checking my blood pressure (for those who don't know, just research nitric oxide). L- Arginine from NOW works fine. So... just a bad batch? I don't know? Maybe there is more (or less) about Nitric Oxide working through the liver ( which is what L-Citrulline does) than we know about. Experimentation is fine but if you want results then stick to L-Arginine. And with this, the NOW product is very good..

I like the brand. Take before exercise or work. Just take the vitamins as instructed. You'll feel better blood flow, rest well, have balanced energy and better recovery. I also drink a lot of water. Eat decent. You don't have to go all out on a strict diet. They help if you're very active. And if you're already good in bed. This is like giving Robocop extra ammo. So yes you'll see improvement there regardless of who you are. Cardio improvements are noticeable. So I mine as well get the other vitamins with this brand.
