Oh! My! God! I never expected anything would work for my eyes ever! In the past 2 years, my eyes are so dry that I always have red eyes, red like rabbit sometimes, and always looks like I'm crying. I did lots of checking and nothing found. Doctors only gave me some eye drops and nothing else I could do. A week ago, my friend recommend me to try some Lutein that might help. I searched in iherb and get this one... and I am super surprised with this vitamin! My red eye stopped almost immediately after I took it, I don't know why but it just works. I will keep taking it for sure and highly recommend it to those who have dry eyes.

my eyes were badly affected by bluelight.because of excessive use of phones all the time.this supplement is very very effective in restoring eye health, and dealing with light sensitivity.of course, the best option is to use bluelight blocking glasses all the time.but this supplement helps in restoring damage already done to your eyes from blue light and fatigue.especially useful for people who look at screens everyday, or are stuck indoors in bright artificial office lights most of the time.I usually get this, or the Dr best brand, depending on availability and promotions.
