This stuff works! I make most of my supplement decisions based on solid evidence and research, but it's nice when you actually see it does in fact make a difference!The last week or two I have been waking up in the middle of the night with increasing shoulder pain. It dawned on me while talking to a family member today about K2 that I had been out for a few weeks. I take 10,000 IU vitamin D per day. It's amazing that in just a few weeks without the K2 my body had already begun depositing enough calcium in my shoulder tendons to flare up my calcific tendonitis and begin causing shoulder pain again, instead of routing the calcium to more appropriate places, like bones and teeth. Hate to think what it would do to my arteries long term!

Watched Dr Berg from Youtube, he recommended to add Vitamin K2 MK7 in order to increase Vitamin D3 absorption. Is good for our bone and teeth (anti cavity). Just make sure to take some Avocado or Salmon or nuts or flex seeds oil or cod fish oil (so long is healthy fats) when taking K2 MK7 for better absorption and healthier body. I have low deficiency of Vitamin D which caused teeth and gum issues, there is great improvement after taking it daily. Price is good in iherb so just it a try. I take 1 pill of Vt D3 after lunch, 1 pill of MK-7 in the evening after dinner so 1 bottle will last around 3 months+. Hope the information is helpful.

Vitamin K is Fat Soluble, so be careful to not overtake the suggested valued ingestion levels.
