I take nadh every morning first thing on waking. I have noticed a slight improvement in my energy levels since taking them. Looking forward to seeing if it has a cumulative effect as I continue to take these. Nadh plays a critical role in cellular health and dna repair which is why I’m taking them

I use this to support my Lyme Disease and Porphyria, and it has helped a ton. Especially with neurological symptoms like focusability and mental energy. I use it in conjunction with another brand of NADH (the mojo stuff) and they seem to work similar. This dose is a bit lower, so i use it in the evening, while the other one i use in the morning.The NOW brand is actually a bit cheaper, but it could have been even better if they omitted some of the excipients.
The change in flavor is a fail. The previous lemon flavor was barely tolerable but the new purported citrus flavor is awful. I hadn't noticed that the flavoring had changed so the first time I used the new citrus version I thought it had spoiled. It left my tongue tingling and was almost impossible to drink an entire cup of water with the powder mixed in it. I wanted to gag.Now, I think I'm allergic to it. Swanson has the worst flavorings. I am stuck with eleven of these L-Arginine canisters that will be a trial to use up. I don't recommend this product due to the change in flavoring. Unfortunately, I need L-Arginine for my circulation problems. I will have to explore the unflavored brands, though I expect not to like it either.
Without fear of being wrong, NADH supplementation has revolutionized my quality of life for the better. After starting to use it, in the first days I already felt an incredible difference, especially in the energy to perform daily activities, because I felt very sleepy. The other incredible improvement was in the quality of my sleep. Before the use my sleep was fragmented, today I can sleep continuously and wake up in the morning willing and with a lot of energy.I strongly recommend it to everyone who wants a life with much more vitality!
Remember taking decades ago when I first got Lyme, but didn't know it and was so exhausted I was practically bedridden. Recently bought another bottle and could tell a remarkable difference in energy level after about a week, after 2 weeks I had to cut back as tended to make me hyper. So now I take as needed, and I do definitely need it with current Lyme and co-infections test still positive. One thing to watch for and not be alarmed, is on the days I take it, along with extensive list of other vitamins I get the "flush", more severely with this because I also have niacin in my multi and so try to remember to avoid multi that day. However, flush indicates your liver is working adequately, so it's really a good thing, just have to know about it or may think you're ... So, had to pack the whole jar I made of this toxic blend into capsules....weeks of work! Now, I no longer take mfr's word for the taste of powders/liquids b4 I taste them myslf! Hope you all do to; I am as king for you to pray or Think GoodThoughts for me as I buy this lemon-flavoured L-Arg powder to mix into my daily water jug & for my husband who uses a gym 4x weekly for post-cardiac workouts & tries 2 rebuild a tendon/thigh muscle ... A motorcycle accident, about 50 yrs ago, had that leg hurt, so it might be that. Wish mfrs would make this in a topical applicator that could concentrate the nutrients into a problem muscle/tissue area of the body! I have my Amino formula mapped out now, with the ones that are tasteless in one container ( Serine, Tyrosine, Glycine, Beta Alanine). When i make capsules, I throw in a bit of Hyaluronic Acid, Creatine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, 1 or 2 of each into every capsule, to make the amino's more productive for muscle/tendon growth/repair & reduce soreness or stiffening of muscles due to arthritic malfunctions. Hoping to get good reports for you all here after trying out the Lemon flavoured L - Arginine powder mix! Thanks for the encouraging Reviews; you sold me on this product's tryout!
