I could tell right away after a few days this was working on my candida problem. I also really like it because it seems more gentle and safer than herbs like oregano. (I had a bad reaction with the oregano, its just too strong for a sensitive person). My family likes this Olive Leaf. We take it at the very first signs that a cold may be coming. We take it several times a day. It stops the cold fast and you are fine in a day mostly, or two days if it is a stronger cold. This is a fantastic supplement to have always at home and works great. Also, it is good for other infections or as a preventative taken daily.
