This is my first purchase of this brand of maple syrup so I bought the smaller size. The container is plastic. This maple syrup is very flavorful and extremely tasty. After pouring it from the container into the food, a little maple syrup overflows into the spout, but it can be easily wiped off. The ingredients are simply maple syrup. The color is dark and the taste is very good. I use it once a day on toast or mixed with chia seed pudding. This maple syrup is high quality. I will buy the larger size next time.

This is a good choice of a maple syrup and no worries about being in bulk; if you got some space, the best thing is to put it in the freezer. Real maple syrup will not freeze and this does not! It only gets thicker. Dark taste is not for everyone although I love this on sour yogurt - such a unique taste. Great for pancakes, of course! Definitely not suggested for popsicles - mine did not get out of the mold in one piece! The sticky stuff does not help your popsicles turn into ice but perhaps just a little (or even other alcohol) can help your ice cream, on the other hand. :)

A lot of maple syrups can taste like dirt or very faint and not what you imagine when you think maple. This one is pretty maple tasting though. I previously got Costco one but found this dark one has a deeper taste, so I ordered another one of these. I’m far from maple producing countries and I miss the locally produced selection I used to have but this definitely tastes like maple if not the real deal small time guys so I’m very happy to get it. I was surprised how good it was for a health food store brand.
