It also does not over-brown cakes. Straight erythritol gives me stomach distress, but this combination does not. Love the taste. I use it in both hot and cold drinks. The ingredients are just monkfruit and erythritol no fillers no nasty additives. Bit expensive but worth it because of its great quality. Good size helps with controlling calories and doesn’t spike blood sugar. Perfect for my diet!
I was disappointed with the quality. I was expecting a much better product than what I could get locally. It had that cooling after taste that I didn’t like. I doubt if the ingredient is organic monk fruit and is actually just all erythrol. I couldn’t use it in any recipes coz I didn’t want that weird cooling taste. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend it.
