After 2 bottles, I can tell that I got no effect on my acne. I started from low dose (2 pills per day) to 8 pills per day (4 in the morning and 4 in the evening). I read lots of great reviews that it suppose to work as Accutane. I guess that is not for me. I was not taking any other vitamins during this period because I didn't want to mess up something. Also I was trying not to eat fatty foods however I still was getting black heads and comedones, many of them are getting inflamed. Sadly.... gotta go for Accutane then. Pantetonic Acid was my last hope.
