I have Crohn's disease - used to live on Metamucil. Yuck! These Psyllium Husk caps are easy to swallow. No sugary orange flavor. Fiber (soluble and insoluble) is so important, yet we disregard it. Helps with soft, regular stools but also helps with cholesterol, weight loss, etc. (I started Keto 5 years ago). If you're using probiotics, they need fiber as a food source. Otherwise, you're not gaining the full benefits of the probiotics.

I originally purchased this for my digestive issues. it works great for them, if you have diarrhea or loose stools- these will fix them! Just make sure to drink pretty much water when you down these- as they expand after swallowing.Another fantastic effect, and I wasn't expecting it is it helps urine flow tremendously.
