This was eight years ago.In the last eight years, my husband has not been to the ER once, or a doctor, at all. He has not had any symptoms, save twice, when the oven got smokyfrom a spill, and he had to open the windows for a minute. That’s IT.I’ve come to find over the years, that the medical industry is one for profit only, so beware and be think for yourself. Almost every commercial you see is paid for by big pharma. Allopathic doctors are trained and schooled by text books and studies that are written and approved of, by big pharma.Taking supplements rarely if ever, hurts anyones. If a vitamin or supplement makes you uncomfortable, stop taking it lol. But don’t listen to the propaganda that tells you supplements and diet don’t work, because that is a marketing LIE to keep you sick and dependent on an industry that lies and profits off of sickness!!

Excellent for Histiamine Intolerance

I purchased this specifically to help with a serious case of histamine intolerance. It's spring here and it's allergy season. Combine that with my histamine intolerance whereby various foods high in histamines cause me a whole host of unpleasant reactions, I was hoping this product would help. I've been taking two capsules morning and night and after 3 days I notice that it IS helping. My histamine intolerance is very bad, one of the more acute cases - and it has helped me. I imagine if you have a more mild case or just mere allergies, this would be very effective. But do note that, in my case at least, it took a few days before I started to notice a difference.

Now Quercetin with Bromelain is something I was interested in originally for the health benefits, improved immune system and in hopes to help ease light pain I'd been having every now and then but I soon discovered it could do much more than that. Quercetin is an antioxidant and is anti-inflammatory and has many health benefits and is along with bromelain from pineapples which I believe is to support better absorption of the quercetin. The capsules are standard capsule size and surprisingly yellow when you first open them up! This makes them easy to take and they don't have too bad of a taste. With a serving size being 2 capsules there are 800mg of quercetin and 165mg of bromelain and they can be taken twice a day. It is recommended with food but I just take them whenever whether that's with or without food and it's been fine. I had a cold and desperately wanted to get rid of it over the weekend to save me having to stay off work. With this knowledge I had of the quercetin I decided that evening I would take the quercetin (I chose to take two capsules), zinc and vitamin C and the next day my cold had almost gone making it the shortest cold I'd had. From a streaming nose on Saturday to almost fine on Sunday. I did take four the next day as well and it was pretty much gone by Monday. I couldn't believe it but I was so pleased it had worked . I’ll definitely be buying more of these when I need them.

I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), which means I’m plagued with too much histamine. I get constant allergy symptoms, pain, heart rate increases. It’s a lot. The inflammation in my bronchial tubes hadn't settled down for 2 months after exposure to an allergen and I was wondering if I'd have that cough and wheeze forever!After 2 days the wheezing was totally gone, after 2 weeks the cough was diminished by 80% and after a month it's totally gone!
