This taurine is great because of the price per dosage. Each capsule contains 1 g of Taurine, so you don't have to take as many capsules when taking higher doses of taurine for visual health. I had to constantly keep increasing my glasses prescription but now I am seeing less blurry than ever before! This supplement is great for when there is not enough taurine from your diet if you don't eat much meat. I have noticed also less muscle fatigue, more energy, and much better sleep and strees levels taking 6 to 12 of these capsules per day. This stuff is also amazing for stress and mild anxiety taken together with inositol. I am much less irritable and feel more focused and in control when taking high doses of taurine.
