Discovering NOW Foods' Cod Liver Oil Softgels was a game-changer for my wellness routine. Each 1,000 mg capsule, part of a generous 180-count bottle, feels like a step towards better health. Its support for heart health and immune function is impressive. I appreciate the easy-to-swallow design, making daily intake seamless. There's a subtle yet reassuring sense of vitality and improved joint flexibility I've noticed since starting. It's more than a supplement; it's a commitment to my well-being.

Choosing a high-quality vitamin A supplement is crucial for optimal eye health. Carefully scrutinize the ingredients, ensuring they meet your standards. Consider the size of the supplement, as some may find smaller capsules more manageable. Dosage is key; consult with a healthcare professional to determine the right amount for your needs. The benefits of a well-formulated vitamin A supplement extend beyond vision, impacting overall health. Some supplements may have a taste, so factor that into your decision. Keepgs My Eyes Functioning
30 January 2024

I have been taking Vitamin A for my eyes for eons. I decided to purchase the 25K unit gel caps to reduce the amount of them I have to swallow. I only need to take 4 or 6 every 6-8 weeks to keep my 77 year old eyes functioning well. Vitamin A is stored in the liver and not used until needed. Since its a fat soluble vitamin, I don't need to take this on a daily basis and can take a sizable dosage which gets stored in my liver. I can tell when I am getting low on this because my eyes get a boomerang shaped annoyance in my vision, which tells me I need Vitamin A. Within 15 minutes of taking the 100K or 150K dosage, the boomerang is completely gone. BTW, I am NOT using eyeglasses while typing this, so I believe these products are helping me. Years ago I once told an eye doctor that I was taking Vitamin A for my eyes, and he was quite surprised that I knew to do that.

Vitamin A is a great and healthy product with a neutral taste. The dosage is easy to follow, as I take one capsule per day. The capsule size is also small, making it easy to swallow. Vitamin A's quality is well-known, as it supports eye health and strengthens the immune system. It contains essential ingredients that are beneficial for everyone, especially women's health. Vitamin E and C are included, making this product ideal for the whole family. I highly recommend Vitamin A for its benefits and convenience. It's a great addition to your daily routine and can help you maintain good health.
