I have been taking Vitamin A for my eyes for eons. I decided to purchase the 25K unit gel caps to reduce the amount of them I have to swallow. I only need to take 4 or 6 every 6-8 weeks to keep my 77 year old eyes functioning well. Vitamin A is stored in the liver and not used until needed.
