These are good quality well made chewable C tablets. They are a bit hard to chew down but slowly dissolve in the mouth. The berry taste is rather mild, which I found disappointing as i was hoping for a full fruity flavor. The ingredients are excellent and I can feel the effect of the Vitamin C. Next time I will try the alternate version of the *Orange Juice* flavor. I did not find these overly bitter or sour, in fact they seem to be an overall ok balance.I would recommend the item.

I always had a problem taking Vitamin C, even the supposedly buffered ones. I was hesitant to try these, but a nasty head cold made me search for some Vit C. The NOW brand seems fairly reputable. No tummy troubles! Kind of a hard lozenge, but dissolves in the mouth eventually. I am just thrilled I can get some extra C without a hole being burned in my stomach! I like the taste, although others have said they do not.

I bought this product as a supplement in ferritin supplementation. Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of ferritin and is recommended to be taken with this supplement. Additionally, during autumn and winter it supports the immune system and helps protect the body from infections. Numerous studies also indicate that it shortens the duration of colds and other infections. The product was recommended to me by a nutritionist because of its composition and proven manufacturer.However, as I haven't had a cold for years, I don't know if exactly this supplement has any additional effect on this area. Vitamin C also does not have any other obvious effects when taken, so it is difficult for me to comment on its direct/perceptible effect on the body here.

They really like the berry flavor and it's an easy way to get a decent amount of vit c. we really love the NOW brand for it's quality yet affordable price! we all end up using them when we feel like we need an extra boost.
This is my first time trying Now brand vitamin C-500 and unlike other brands that are hard and chalky, these actually are a bit softer and actually are a bit chewy, which is nice. The flavor is pleasant and not too strong. I will be ordering these again for the future. I would recommend these to people who want a softer chewable vitamin C.

Did you know that it is the average level of Vitamin 'C' over 24 hours is the most important factor concerning the amount. Tell me, what works better: a 1000 mg pill once a day or 2 chewable 500 mg every 12 hours. That is why this very tasty chew is your best choice ... and mine too !!!
