Wow, I can't imagine how anybody can use this unflavored protein powder. It blends fine for smoothies but the taste is really quite bad. I bought some vanilla and some chocolate protein powder and I have been mixing this in about 1/3 with the others, then it is fine. I did try using honey, maple syrup and vanilla coffee flavoring as sweeteners and those do work, but I think it is better to just buy a flavored protein powder.

Since i am 74 years old the energy and protien is recommended by my doctor Whey protein has provided 24 g protien for one scoop thus if I takes only a few spoons of rice and two eggs I can get enough protein. No blender is needed.The concentration is okay. My health has been improved because I have the condition s that I don’t have enough protein . i take it one scoop with collagen and some milkOf which the taste and flavour is very good.

This is a quality product from a well regarded company. It is essential for helping keep you muscle mass if you do regular or extensive fitness workouts and your diet might not be getting enough protein from your regular diet. The taste is neutral so it can be put on most of the food you eat. The only gripe I might have is that the price of protein concentrates have climbed quite a lot in the past years, but it really is an essential supplement.

I was hesitant to get a non-flavoured protein powder because i thought it would taste funky, but this one doesnt taste all that bad. It smells sorta like powdered milk, but that doesnt really affect anything. The package size is fine but the amount of powder was way less than I expected. I'd like to say the quality is way better than other proteins i've tried and this one didnt give me stomach problems. Overall, pretty good.
I’ve been consuming whey powder for a long time, and tried most products out there. This one is the worst- by far! First, the powder won’t dissolve- no matter how we shook it or stirred it! It just stayed in little lumps and chunks. And I don’t think one should use an electric blender for this kind of product…Second, it doesn’t taste good, the flavor is awful.Of course- it is flavorless- but it has a strange strong aftertaste- this is a first for me. I regret trying this item - its a waste of money.

Also researched cholesterol and it turns out it's essential for producing testosterone, which if you weightlift you know this is a big deal. Actually tastes better than the unflavored isolate. This tastes like parmesan cheese, which I love and honestly has no fillers so it's super clean protein. I am not returning this, maybe ill buy it again next time lets see how my gains go. Love the unflavored line, super natural. and healthy. I drink it with water, which does not taste nasty at all.
