I bought this supplement because I was having recurrent yeast infecitons but since taking this it's much better. The taste is ok, the absorbtion is fast and the digestion is easy. I feel the benefits in my general health too. I always take it once a day after a meal.

I was experiencing bloating and constipation, also breakouts on my chin (which I think is because of my hormonal imbalance). Upon taking this for a few weeks, I've noticed improvement in my stomach, not bloating as frequent as before and my chin acne ceased a bit. I'm no medical practitioner so these are just my observation. I recommended this to my friend.

I'm not sure if this product's probiotic is working, but my lady part seems to be in a better state. Less discharge than usual so far. Mine are usually clear, milky, or yellow when my immune system is low. (I'm grateful that I don't have to worry much with my lady parts compared to my friends.) However, I started to take them by many recommendations from my friends. it's a start so I'll have to try out other brands as well. So far, it's pretty okay. I don't have any side effects yet.

I bought this because the regular probiotics were out of stock during the covid times. So I really didn't buy it because it was for women, but I feel it worked just as good as the regular probiotic. I have digestive issues, and this helps if I take this or the regular one every morning.
