One press down activates one spray and it is gentle and not irritating. OK so this little bottle makes a huge impact!! I spray it at night and then in the morning do a Flo rinse and it flushes EVERYTHING out! Thanks to a tip I actually now squirt some of it into my night time Flo rinse aswel. I have a sinus cancer and so this oil keeps my sinuses nice and moist and stops them drying out while I'm sleeping and not doing my flo washes. Its a super lightweight oil. I can't live without this stuff! It's last ages too.

The Flo sesame nozoil was recommended to me by an ENT specialist and I use it a couple of times a week and find that it certainly does the job

Has helped immensely with nose bleeds I was experiencing due to the dry winter climate. It's easy to use. A small amount of oil may run out shortly after use, but wipe it away with a tissue and that's it (it doesn't continue to run out over time).

I have found this to work well for my nasal passages that are drying out due to being on oxygen 24/7.I bought and tried this product of the advise of my local chemist and found it works well.Prior to using this my nose was continually bleeding and dry, since using it 3 times a day the bleeding is almost nonexistent.Would I recommend it for others to try, yes I would.Cheers
I have suffered from sinusitis all my adult life. As I get older I find nasal dryness adds to my sinus issues. Nozoil a couple of times a day resolves dryness and stops post nasal drip.
I have developed an allergy to anything with a perfume. As I have COPD I need to moisten inside my nose. All the other products have eucalyptus etc. and I cannot tolerate these products. Thank heavens for Flo
