Great product for holding the nostrils open at night allowing easier, relaxed breathing. No, it won't necessarily stop snoring - I tried CPAP which I loathed and have settling on MAS (Mandibular Advancement Splint) for the final solution but the cost, $3500 for the very best and latest! I now use Nozovent AND MAS and sleep quietly and soundly. Nozovent takes a little time to get accustomed to but you soon forget it is there. When new it puts more strain on the nose but it soon relaxes and I use one for many weeks, if not months in desperation. Only sneaky thing is the new 'boxed' product only contains ONE Nozovent, whereas they used to come as a pair in a see through plastic container. Tried various products over the years and finally stumbled across Nozovent. What I use it for is that when I'm sleeping or exercising, to increase airflow through my nose I insert the Nozovent.When I sleep or breath in through my nose my nostrils collapse with the suction, causing my nose to block. The Nozovent prevents this by spreading my nostrils and preventing them from collapsing. Takes a little getting use to but after a few wears the uncomfortable feeling disappears. Great product. Recommend it highly.

I bought this product about a month ago. What a great product. I really does work and comfortable. It only took a couple of days to get use to it.

It is probably not a substitute for proper treatment of sleep apnea but it certainly allows for freer breathing while asleep if a person is waking up unrefreshed. This product keeps open the nostril air passage and allows for easier breathing at night. Without it waking up can be a groggy affair as too little oxygen has been taken in during the night. It does not always mean waking up totally refreshed but it does greatly reduce the groggy wake up.After say six weeks the silicon has deteriorated in rebound flex and needs changing to a new one. It means it costs about $3 per week to have an improved sleep. Have used nozevent for over 20 years assisting breathing while sleeping. It does the job and is effective for about the six weeks recommenced use per unit. I wouldn’t know ( because I’m asleep) but I’m told use has significantly reduced snoring. It’s not perfect but for the cost benefit it rates a five star for me.
Really completely useless. Would not stay in place, uncomfortable, dislodges constantly within a few minutes
I have used this product for at least 10 years. I originally purchased it to help stop my snoring problem. Later my sleep apnea became quite bad and I had to begin using a CPAP mask. I still find that using the nozovent ,when I become uncomfortable with the mask and take it off, helps me to go back to sleep much easier.
Have used these items for years after having tried everything I could find on the market. The Nozovent stays in place - does not restrict your movement during the night and is a comfortable fit.
Either these are not genuine Nozovent or the design as been changed. The wings used to go slightly to the outside now they are straight and that makes them uncomfortable.
I’ve been using ‘nozovent for close to 20 years. It is an effective aid to sleeping by holding open the Basel passage and ( my wife assured me) reducing snoring. Note reduces, does not eliminate. But it does aid breathing and thereby also gives a more restful sleep by keeping up the oxygen levels.
