Nuco coconut wraps are AIP (Autoimmune Protocol diet) compliant! These wraps are great to have for a treat. I wrap in some berries along with coconut yogurt and some tigernuts and feel like I have a fresh tasty breakfast. I especially love the cinnamon wraps, but the plain wraps are good with chicken sauteed in coconut aminos, lettuce, cilantro, carrots, celery. There are no other wraps out there that can compete. Simple quality ingredients! The size of the wraps are perfect. It can sometimes be challenging to get the wraps out of the package, but they do have them nicely separated by a parchment like paper.

I purchased this one only because the regular one was out of stock (I tried it before and liked it), but I think I actually prefer this one! It pairs amazing with chicken/savoury protein and flavor profiles, the other one tastes a bit sweeter and more like coconut. The ingredients are clean and I like the quality of the wrap due to it not breaking easily.I have to say though that if you are trying to reduce your fat intake just generally be aware that each wrap is quite high in fat, or perhaps don’t pair it with something very fatty. I used to eat it with eggs when I was on paleo and it was a little much for me.

Discovering coconut and cassava wraps have transformed my healthy lunches into fun munchy morish treats as I pack in avacado, tomato alfalfa sprouts, red onion, chipotle and tofu for example into a lovely wrap.Does the whole overstuffed thing fall apart - yes! Is it delicious and totally worth it - also yes but you do need to hover over a plate to catch the inevitable spills. Fantastic!

This company makes great products and are simple and healthy ingredients.It is also very high quality being vegan, organic, kosher, and very good taste.I love the cinnamon as it gives it sweetness without added sugar.You can have lots of fun with these and use them in different ways - make a cinnamon roll with almond butter or any other nut/seed butter you like. I sometimes have just rolled it up and at it as is, without anything on it, as a great snack that is also satisfying. Check them out and their other great products
The wrap definitely tastes like coconut, which I like, but it is stiff. It is basically coconut fruit leather. However, I did try a suggested recipe with yogurt, granola, and fruit and it tasted yummy. I dont really think it is something i would crave, though. I need something more bendable to use as a legitimate wrap for stuff. Still, i will probably buy again at some point. I like just eating it on it's own like fruit leather. I would suggest just trying it for yourself to form your own opinion.
A great alternative to tortillas. The ingredients are so simple and clean. The quality of the wraps are strong enough to hold your favorite fillings, yet tender and easy to chew. They taste so good, I often eat them with no filling. I have used them with tuna, but also as a dessert with dates, fruit, and yogurt. The size is similar to your average burrito tortilla. They come in a ziplock package to keep them fresh. This is a regular item in our house.

But I had spent a lot, so I was determined to find a way to use them. The first recipe that worked for me, was rolling them up and slicing them thinly, putting them in my favorite omelet, and baking them in the oven. I really liked them this way. And then I started experimenting with recipes that needed baking, like covering them with cream cheese, minced meat, cheese, condiments like ketchup, barbecue sauce etc, rolling them up and baking them in the oven for 15’-20’.. They get very soft, smell wonderfully and taste very distinctively! These have become a pantry staple for me now after first trying these out for the first time a few months ago! These raw organic coconut wraps are very convenient and do not need to be refrigerated once opened. They make a wonderful organic alternative to typical wheat wraps. They have a subtle coconut flavor and sweetness and a melt in your mouth texture. They are very easy to digest and convenient to pack when traveling as well. I’ve used these for savory wraps and also made a healthy sweet snack roll/wrap with chopped dates, apples, and nut butter! My go-to for making a nutritious snack or meal!
