The construction of the denim is magnificent - weighing in at 16 oz. and packed with starch, the denim is a crispy heavy hitter. With subtle slubs, the ring-spun warp and weft yarns give the denim a well-balanced texture with evident twill lines and a rough hand. The ring-spun yarns and weaving have caused the denim to have a built-in tension that, with washing, will generate puckering. Wearing and further washing will create a satisfying marble texture where the jeans are unabraded. And where abraded, the twill lines will become pronounced, and the slight yarn slub will generate a salt and pepper grain. Since the denim is dyed with pure indigo, as it ages, the hue of the denim will evolve into clear blue hues.
