Works well . A little difficult to judge the amount. I use half a table spoonful twice a day. With it, I have 3-6 prunes each time.
Works really well. Cant stand when I take something way to strong and I get tummy cramps & run to the toilet. My body responds really well to this & I have much better gut health because of the prebiotics. Thanks!

I have been using this item for years, along with heaps of fresh fruit and water daily. because of medication I take I have to have a supplement to keep me regular. I am not as active as I once was, heart failure, is keeping me grounded
it's really good and effective for bowel movement. would recommend this. it takes about 2 hours for the effect to kick in. :) take it during the day so you dont have to run to the washroom when you're sleeping! :D
