Open good. I use this on everything. Avocado toast. Smoothies. I love the crunch that these add they are really such a great brand. Keep them in the fridge and they will last you so much longer. The ingredients are clean. The size is not. The quality is unbeatable. Good size, this lasts me a while. It has a yummy. Utter taste and so many great health benefits.

My doctor recommended it for my underactive thyroid. He said hemp seeds are very good for the thyroid. So this is how I use them sprinkle them on top of salads, yogurt, my breakfast cereal, eat a spoonful for a quick snack, and add them to my smoothies. You can also add them when you bake cookies or cakes. They provide a slight nutty flavor and added nutrition.
I think that Hemp seeds are some of the healthiest seeds that you can eat! I sometimes combine the hemp seeds with pumpkin seeds for a satisfying healthy snack. I rely on the Nutiva brand for quality and options for the size of the packages. They are also organic which is a top priority for me. I make a point of looking for and choosing the Nutiva brand. I live in the Bay Area and Nutiva is a 'local' company for me which is also a connsideration. Highly recommend them!
I blend this into my smoothies. It blends well and doesn’t change the taste. They look like cooked quinoa, but have a very different taste that is very unique; it's a nutty taste that stands out if you add them on top of another food, but that falls to the background if you use them in smoothies. The taste reminds me of a mix of pine nuts and sunflower seeds.
