Night 1 - Had two at 8pm, after 3 hours off still being awake proceeded to have another 4. And eventually fell asleep naturally at around 3:30 am.Night 2 - had 6 at 8pm, and again fell asleep NATURALLY at around 2:45am.The rest went in the bin. A fantastic waste of money!I understand that everyone is different and therefore this product might work for you, but as you can tell it did absolutely nothing for me at all.

I go to the gym after work and take a Preworkout. Some nights I just can’t sleep and feel restless. I am so glad I came across these, I take them on the nights I’m restless and an hour later I’m sound asleep. I don’t get that hangover groggy feeling in the morning either.. I will certainly make sure I have a supply of these at home and when I travel.

I have been using now for 1 week. I take two caps hour before bed. Takes 2-3 hours before I finally fall asleep—- then wake up 3-4 hours later— well before I would be getting up. Not worth it.
These were recommended to me by a lady who works at Chemist Warehouse. I was not sleeping and had a slump around 2pm everyday. Since taking them I now get the required amount off sleep and no slump during the day. Highly recommend these.
First night, not so good, I thought "here we go again another dud product" but I tried again the next night and had the best night's sleep in ages,I was able to get to sleep with no problems, had a good night's sleep and didn't wake up with a hangover. Whilst these did help me sleep a lot better the downside was that I got headaches from them. It's a shame as it's the first sleep supplement I've tried that actually worked.
