These are easy to eat as they taste good and you feel like you're doing the right thing.I emailed Nutralife today and the told me they add sugar to the tablets. They call it natural sweetener. Both my son and i have been using this product for the last 5 years and have found it to be an effective source of a high dose Vitamin C. We do not take it every day but if we feel that we might be coming down with something we will hit hard for a few days and find it is effective. Orange is the better Flavour. We have tried the Black Current but that was Yuk!
