Purchased this immersion blender after burning out competitors 200W -300W models.More than enough power for what I want without overheating.A few months in and my stick blender attachment broke. No reciept no return. My bad luck.The attachment for the balloon whisk clicks in with a twist motion. That's ok until you are for example whisking cream and the cream thickens, the spinning whisk movement then causes the whisk attachment to unscrew itself from the nutribullet body and causing it to disengage from the body. This is at high speed and the sound of shredding gears is not pleasent and everything ends up in your food and you inspect for gear fragments. This isn't caused by damage or improper use. it is a design fault.The mixing bowl works well and suits my needs wellWashing up is frustrating hard to clean as you can't submerge the balloon whisk attachment or the bowl lid in washing up water as they have unsealed gearboxes. Another design fault. if the gearboxes were sealed there would not be any issues. This makes removing odours from use to use a hard task indeed and time consuming because it is so difficult without washing in water.I was truly blown away how great this worked but flaw after flaw and now with a broken stick attachment and ridiculously frustratingly two handed whisking.I am no longer blown away with it's originally gutsy performance in a very very short time.If it was designed better I could recommend.

Does everything I wanted it to do. Unit clicks in tightly to head attachments, however the clear plastic casing for the food processor part does not, feels a bit loose when I put it together. Doesn't really affect usage though, I just apply a slight twisting pressure on the motor unit while using to keep it locked in. Obviously it can't process large amounts of food at a time, I just do it in batches if needed. Whisks wonderfully and the immersion blender happily does my smoothies with frozen chunks of fruit.
