After a pilates class someone asked me if I used amino acids and of course I gave the deer in the headlights look back. I ordered the unflavored and it was rough! I used it for a month or so then ordered another brand of unflavored that is even worse! I then tried and found that when mixing with water, stir it in and then let it set until completely dissolved, approximately 5 mins. The unpleasant taste is cut drastically! Even with all of the other ingredients, this powder is so bitter it ruins the flavor of my shake, which I don’t really look forward to drinking anymore as a result. The BCAAs in the powder have helped my recovery, so it does work, but the powder is pretty gross.
