With just a little research it's easy to see why bee propolis can be such a beneficial supplement. I choose Nutricost because it's such a well known and trusted brand that I have used for years with good results. It's also a good price for the quality. These capsules are average to small in size so they are super easy to swallow. They are pretty fresh too. Expires in two years from the time I got them. I would recommend these to anybody.

The label provides all pertinent information, including ingredient list, suggested dose and company details. The bottle I received in early August 2024 is stamped on base with lot number and expiration date: 06/2026.This supplement is vegetarian, non-GMO, bottled in a GMP compliant facility and third party tested.After researching potential benefits of this type of supplement I decided to try the Nutricost brand. As suggested I take 1 capsule daily, without any ill effects and will continue to use the product.

I was excited to get this product to see how commercially available products compare.This is non-GMO and 3rd party tested. Easy daily dose and it's a 3 month supply. Since these are capsules intended for you to swallow you'll reap the health benefits as you would from natural honey. I highly recommend propolis to anyone. Research the various uses if you are curious.

This is an excellent bee propolist from Nutricost that provides you with 120 capsules. It is GMO free and tested by a third party and NSF certified GMP compliant facility. According to Nutricost, propolis has antioxidant properties and is anti-inflammatory. Propolis is a hive sealant so it is supposed to have all of the plants. I have barely began taking it so I can update my review later regarding its effects. I think I will be adding the capsule's contents to smoothies.
120 capsules is 4 month supply for 1 pill taken daily. This supplement has antioxidants to helps fight damage in the body. The pill is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a bad taste afterwards. The quality is made with good ingredients and the pills smell pleasant there’s no real strong odor from them once opening the bottle or when taking them out to ingest. I’m really hoping to feelimprovement using these supplements over time using these longer term to aid recovery from my chronic illness as this is a new supplement that I’m trying out to incorporate as part of new regimen to see if it helps with my overall health and/or fatigue.

I've heard and read a lot about the health benefits of bee pollen and bee propolis. I've already gotten the bee pollen by Nutricost and been using it. Now I look forward to using bee propolis by Nutricost. Look up the said benefits of bee propolis and you'll be just as surprised as I was. I just gotta believe that anything that is derived from what a bee makes should be healthy just like honey. Hope so. By the way, the capsules for this supplement are not gelatin capsule. I avoid gelatin capsules.
I received this item for free from Vine. I have PCOS and antioxidants and anti-inflammatory supplements are a must. I’ve never had bee propolis in supplement form - usually I’ve only come across it in my skin care serums. I haven’t found any studies on this so I can’t say how well it works but for me personally it doesn’t hurt. The price isn’t too bad considering it’s about a 4 month supply. I also trust the brand - I’ve bought other supplements from nutricost and they’ve all been great.
Love the simplicity of this supplement. Just bee propolis in the capsules. Also love that it's only 1 a day. I take different supplements and multi-vitamins daily so it doesn't feel so taxing just adding 1 more. Taking it for my immune health. Good natural anti-viral, antioxidant, and anti-bacterial source. Appreciate that it's made in Utah too and have been 3rd-party tested.Greatly recommended.
